Ceramics Team with Viola

Over six lectures, Viola will introduce you to a variety of ceramic techniques. The course is designed to be highly personalized; while Viola provides the technical foundation, she spends much of her time working individually with you to help realize your specific projects.

What you’ll learn:

• Free-hand Modeling: Master the core techniques of hand-building, including pinching, coiling, and slab construction.

• The Potter’s Wheel: Curious about the wheel? Basics of wheel throwing are available upon request for those who want to give it a spin.

• Surface Decoration: Learn the unique art of pencil glazing, giving your creations a detailed, hand-drawn aesthetic.

Price: 1150 kr. (includes all firings and glazes)

Note on Materials: To ensure you only pay for what you use, clay is purchased separately at the studio for 50 kr. per 500g.
