Vase Workshop with Josefine

Join us for two cozy and creative sessions where we immerse ourselves in clay and create our very own unique vases.

This is a space to experiment, play with shapes, and find your own style, whether you are a complete beginner or have worked with clay before. You will be guided every step of the way, with plenty of time for focus, relaxation, and good company.

The Practicalities

• Duration: 2 sessions 3 hrs each

• Dates: 19 April + 3 May from 16:00 to 19:00

• Participants: we admit a maximum of 12 people

• Materials: 500g of clay (makes a vase approx. 10–17 cm)

• Price: 595 kr. (includes 500g of clay, glazes, and firing) extra clay can be purchased separately.

Attendance

We fully understand that unforeseen appointments or obstacles can arise. However, please note that we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or make-up classes for individual missed lessons. As our teaching is scheduled for specific dates, all registrations are binding for the designated period. Of course, if the course gets cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

About your teacher

My name is Josefine, I am 21 years old, and I work at Lervaerk.

I have been working with clay for three years and have fallen particularly in love with making flower vases. I love playing with forms—tall, short, narrow, or round—and all my vases are hand-built and completely unique.

To me, a vase should be just as "alive" as the flowers inside it. There are no rules here, I will guide you and help you develop your own ideas so you end up with a vase that is entirely your own.
